We offer FREE SHIPPING AND HANDLING via the United States Postal Service (USPS) on any purchase.
Free shipping includes USPS First Class Mail (2 - 5 business day and up to 13 oz.), and USPS Priority Mail (2 - 3 business days starting at 14 oz. and above).
Most wholesale orders will be shipped via USPS Parcel Post (2 - 9 business days starting at 14 oz. and above) within the United States.
Pick Ups Are Now Available in the New York area. Please contact adam@halfbakedgoods.net to arrange for pick up. There is a mandatory $50.00 minimum order on pick ups.
International Orders: Please make your purchase and select the shipping option, "Worldwide Shipping." We will then contact you with the international shipping rates and send an invoice via PayPal for the balance owed. If you do not have a PayPal account, we could charge a credit card (please just let us know).
Please also use the contact us section for rates on expedited shipping such as USPS Priority Mail and USPS Express Mail.
All packages are shipped within 24 to 48 hours.
Every purchase will include a USPS Delivery Confirmation number also at no extra charge (please be patient with the USPS Delivery Confirmation system since it is often sluggish when updating status. This is because this isn't necessarily a tracking system, but a Delivery Confirmation system - sometimes there will be no status update until the package has arrived). Once you have tracking information, this means that your item is on its way and you will 100% receive your item – We apologize but generally, USPS cannot provide an exact date of arrival.
USPS Shipping Insurance is optional and is up to the purchaser to include it with their purchase (up to $500.00). For shipping damage, customers should file a claim with USPS immediately (only if insurance was purchased). Please contact us for any necessary shipment information when filing any insurance claim.
All orders $249.00 or over will include Free USPS Signature Confirmation so someone must be available to sign for orders $249.00 or above. This is mandatory.
We understand that customers are not looking to advertise their purchase so all shipments are sent out very discretely. The return address on every package will read “H B Goods” (your statement will also show a purchase from “H B Goods”).
