Here at Half Baked Goods we strive for 5 star service and ratings and our main goal is customer satisfaction.

We will work hard to keep every single one of our customers satisfied.

If at any time you feel we did not achieve a five star rating, please let us know what we could have done better and we will do our best to rectify any situation.

Mail Order Payments: We understand that not all of our clients prefer to use electronic payments for their purchase so we do accept mail order payments in US Dollars in the form of checks, and money orders. Please contact us if you plan on mailing in a payment and we will give you payment instructions.

All products sold by Half Baked Goods are brand new and are manufactured to meet the highest industry standards. All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. We try to be fair and accurate with all our product descriptions (the amount of teeth on any of our grinders may slightly vary). Please read each description in the item pages and purchase carefully. Purchaser must be 18 years or older to make purchases with us (purchaser must also follow the their local laws as in some instances, the purchaser must be 19 years or older). We reserve the right to ask for legal identification. Our products are intended for tobacco and legal use only. There are no pick-ups available. There is a 30 day warranty on all our products from the date of shipment arrival (glass parts, replacement parts, accidental damage, and surge/power damage are not covered under warranty). We cannot be held responsible for misuse of our products. Misuse of our products voids all warranties, express and implied. We will 100% guarantee any defective merchandise for 30 days from the date of arrival. Defective items must be sent back to us to receive a replacement. All original packaging must be included with return. Please make sure to contact us before sending back any defective merchandise for authorization. If a refund is given, it will only be for the cost of the item, and it will be given in the form of store credit. Actual shipping costs are not refundable. There is a 15% restocking fee on returned items. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Products are shipped via USPS and become the sole property of the purchaser upon delivery to the specified shipping agent. Any discrepancy, including wrong items or missing items, must be reported to Half Baked Goods within 24 hours of receiving purchase. Because of the nature of the Internet, online ordering of your purchase from Half Baked Goods acknowledges that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
